Cancellations and Refunds Policy

At Repaireze, customer satisfaction is at the core of everything we do. We strive to offer reliable and high-quality repair and maintenance services. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing cancellations and refunds for services booked via our platform.

1. Service Cancellations

Repaireze, operated by Mendt Technologies Private Limited, provides doorstep repair, maintenance, and related services to residential and commercial customers. Our platform connects customers with verified service professionals ("Technicians").

1.1 Cancellation by Customer
  • Before Service Appointment: You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled service time.
  • Within 2 Hours of Appointment: Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled service time will incur a cancellation fee of ₹199 or 10% of the service value (whichever is higher), to compensate for the technician’s time and scheduling.
1.2 Cancellation by Repaireze

We reserve the right to cancel a booking in cases of:

  • Unavailability of technicians
  • Safety concerns
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)
  • Incorrect or incomplete booking details

In such cases, you will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule at no extra cost.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable in the following scenarios:

  • The service was cancelled by Repaireze (as outlined in section 1.2)
  • You cancelled the service within the eligible cancellation window (section 1.1)
  • The service was not performed due to verified fault of Repaireze or its technicians (subject to internal verification)
  • You are dissatisfied due to service deficiencies, and your complaint is validated after investigation
2.2 Refund Method & Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

2.3 Non-Refundable Situations
  • Services fully rendered and completed as agreed, without any deficiencies
  • Cancellations outside of the eligible time window
  • Incorrect booking details provided by the customer
  • Unavailability of customer at the scheduled location/time despite confirmation

3. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your service appointment up to 6 hours before the scheduled time at no additional cost. Rescheduling within 6 hours may incur a nominal fee, subject to technician availability.
